Congratulations to my master student, Mrs. Lan Luo, on being selected to attend the 2015 "Women Exploring Graduate Opportunities in Civil and Environmental Engineering (We Go CEE) Workshop" at University Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The networking and professional development workshop focuses on exploring graduate education and research opportunities in civil and environmental engineering. The workshop will provide seminars focused on preparation for graduate school, writing effective fellowship applications, mentoring, networking, faculty panels, developing leadership skills, and “Pathways to Success” keynote lecture presented by prominent University of Illinois alumni.
